By accessing and using Next Birthday Countdown ("the Tool"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

License

You are free to use this Tool for personal purposes. The Tool's code and design remain the property of its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell the Tool without permission.

No warranty

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Next Birthday Countdown, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Tool.

Accuracy of countdown

The Tool calculates the next birthday based on the date you provide and your device's local time. While we strive for accuracy, the countdown is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Do not rely on it for critical timing or legal purposes.

User conduct

You agree not to use the Tool for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract its source code.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data.

Changes to the Tool or terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. Updated terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
